AVIF is a next-generation image format based on the AV1 video codec. It often produces files half the size of JPG with better detail, and supports HDR and transparency.

BMP · Bitmap image

BMP is an uncompressed Windows bitmap format. Files are very large but simple, and are still used by some legacy and embedded software.

The conversion runs on your device using jSquash (MozJPEG, OxiPNG, libwebp, libavif and libjxl) compiled to WebAssembly. You can adjust: max width, max height, rotate, flip, background.
